Transfer Forms
Whether you are transferring from one brokerage to another or joining us from another REALTOR® association, please select the appropriate transfer form below to help us process your request as quickly as possible.
Office Transfer Form
Use this form if you are already a member with us and are transferring from one brokerage office to another within our association.
This form should be completed when:
- You are changing brokerages
- Your license has already been updated with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR)
- You need your membership and MLS records updated to reflect your new office affiliation
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing after all required information has been received. There is a $50 transfer fee each time you transfer offices. Association Staff will provide a link to pay the $50 transfer fee after the form has been submitted.
Association Transfer Form
Use this form if you are currently a member of another REALTOR® association and would like to transfer your membership to our association.
This form should be completed when:
- Your primary membership is currently held with another association
- You are joining a brokerage affiliated with our association
- You need to transfer your REALTOR® membership and MLS services to us
Additional documentation or verification may be required during processing. Please make sure you have a letter of good standing sent to us from your current association

- Ensure your license information is current with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR)
- Incomplete forms may delay processing
- Please allow 1–2 business days for processing, excluding holidays
