Online Continuing Education Made Easy With The CE Shop
Lakeland REALTORS® is proud to partner with The CE Shop, a nationally recognized provider of online real estate education. Through this partnership, our members receive exclusive discounts on a wide range of courses including:
Real Estate Post-Licensing
After receiving your license, you initial renewal requires you to complete the following post-license education:
Sales Associates: 45 hours and Brokers License Renewal: 60 hours
Complete your 45 sales post-licensing (SPL) or 60 hr Broker post-licensing (BPL) through one of our preferred partners or while earning your GRI Designation.
Real Estate Continuing Education
Following your initial renewal, you will be required to renew your real estate license every two years based on the issue date of the initial license. A total of 14 hours of continuing education is required, composed of the following courses:
*3 hours Core Law
*3 hours of Ethics & Business Ethics (Lakeland’s Code of Ethics)
*8 hours of Specialty Credit
