How do I sign in to IMS (Internet Member Services)?
On any page in the upper right hand corner, you will see “Member Login”. Use your NRDS # and password you have setup for NAR.
When does LAR send member bills out? (if applicable)
Supra (ActiveKey & Iboxes) are sent electronically on May 1st and due May 31st
MLXChange is sent by MFRMLS electronically on May 15th due June 15th
NAR/FAR/LAR Dues are sent electronically September 1st and due September 31st.

What do I do if I want to terminate my membership with LAR?
If you wish to terminate your membership with LAR and put your license status as inactive please complete the following steps:
If you are transferring to another board and wish to receive a letter of good standing, please complete the following steps. Once you have completed the following steps please email your requests to hcook@lakelandrealtors.org.
- a) Contact your broker and have them go to www.myfloridalicense.com to remove you from their office. For instructions please CLICK HERE
- b) Broker emails Heather at hcook@lakelandrealtors.org confirming that you have been removed from their firm on DBPR.
- c) You must return your leased Supra ActiveKEY and charger to LAR.
NOTE: Terminating membership with LAR will not cancel your eKEY service. To cancel your eKEY please call LAR at 863-687-6111.
- d) All leased lock boxes must be returned to LAR. If you have purchased lockboxes you wish to transfer to another agent please fax lock box transfer form to 863-688-8253.
What do I do if I want to transfer offices?
If you wish to transfers to another Broker who is a member of LAR please complete the following steps.
- a) Contact your new broker and have them go to www.myfloridalicense.com to add you from their office.
- b) Verify that your license has been transferred by searching for your license at MyFloridaLicense.com. Note: Per state regulations we cannot process your transfer request until your license has been transferred by DBPR.
- c) Complete an LAR Transfer Form and submit it with the $35.00 transfer fee to LAR, transfer will take 24 – 48 hours to update MLS, FAR, NAR and Supra.
Can I transfer my lockboxes?
Only purchased lockboxes may be purchased. Complete a Lockboxes Transfer Form and fax to 863-688-8253. If you lease them they must returned upon going inactive with LAR or when you wish to cancel your lease. If cancellation is not received on or before May 31st the next year’s lease will be due.
Can my assistant have access to MLS?
MFRMLS does allow unlicensed assistants. The cost is $50 Assistant Set-up fee and a semi-annual fee of $37.50 to billed in September and February. The Unlicensed Assistant Form must be completed and signed by you and your assistant.
